That’s the best option for sure. We use that on ours and I haven’t started growing a third arm or anything from using it as s chopping board.

There is a mystery tree in the backyard that might have some juicy louisiana plums. But the sadly the fruit doesn’t look anything like a plum. I’ll send you photos to see if you can figure out what it is.
