More Before Photos of the Outside

Here is a little more in-depth look starting with more outside photos from our first visit to the house.  The outside paint is peeling some and the front steps are deteriorating.  Some of the siding is missing as well and there are gutters on half the house but they don’t actually drain all the way to the ground.  There is a nice size deck in the back that has seen better days and will need to be replaced soon.  All of these things are easily fixable!  The garage in the back was an added bonus too as ideally that will become a game room at some point.

The best part of the visit was when we discovered the downstairs!  The house is listed as a 2 bed, 1 bath and there is an extra apartment with people living in it!

 

To make room for the apartment, the owners created a false room under the deck and moved the laundry machines out there.

 

I have a hard enough time doing laundry as is that I can’t imagine crawling under the deck to get it done.
