After pressure washing the shakes, Manuel primed the house. You’ll notice that it’s the same color of the trim and the stucco which was intentional so that there only needs to be one additional coat of paint on top of the primer. It already looks a million times better!
The inspection and appraisal are done and in order to secure the loan to purchase the house the following must be done first: Install smoke detectors (easy enough) Strap down the water heater (makes sense) Replace missing shakes on the siding (understandable) Paint the entire outside of the house (WHAT?!?!?!?)
