Get Primal!
After pressure washing the shakes, Manuel primed the house. You’ll notice that it’s the same color of the trim and the stucco which was intentional so that there only needs to be one additional coat of paint on top of the primer. It already looks a million times better!
Wow! You all are incredibly ambitious. It will be a great house. I can tell already from the first coat of paint. Love, Aunt Chris
Is that a ceiling fan on the porch? Could be useful I guess…but it looks shady there already…hmm. Stay or go? Or update?
I’m not sure that one works but yeah it’s up for debate right now. Who doesn’t like a good porch fan?!
