We got keys!
So the last couple weeks have just been a waiting period to get final approval which happened early last week. The tenants of the house had until Sunday to move so we went over yesterday to get the keys and we were in for a rude awakening….
The tenants downstairs are still moving out so they need a couple more days but the upstairs tenant was gone. And by gone I mean he took his most precious valuables, then skipped town because the mob was coming to break bones (at least that’s what I tell myself to explain why he left so many treasures behind!)
I’m sharing these photos so that when you see any updates made to the house, they will look AMAZING.

Phew… at least they washed the dishes before leaving the rest of the place looking like a complete dump.
Oh that’s just an optical illusion….there are hidden dishes that didnt fit in the rack. Plus I’m not sure the ones in the rack are clean

Can’t you hold them liable to clean all of that crap up?! Please wear a HAZMAT suit and respirator when cleaning all of this crap up! So unbelievable!
The worst part is that they actually want some of that crap! We started clearing it out (and posting it for free on CL). I’ll post more about it in the next few days.
That dresser in the green bedroom…you know with the casual flip flops…looks like it could be worth some monies…flea market gem!
